These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GarageX (the "Service"), a vehicle maintenance tracking application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
GarageX lets you track vehicle service history, set maintenance reminders, log fuel purchases, and store related documents. A free tier is available with limited vehicles and history; a paid "Pro" subscription removes those limits and ads.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
GarageX Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the platform you subscribed on (the App Store, Google Play, or GarageX's web checkout); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or by the policies of the platform you purchased through, payments are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the vehicle information, photos, and documents you upload to GarageX. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you as part of operating the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Don't use GarageX to violate the law, upload malicious files, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or access accounts other than your own.
GarageX is provided "as is." Maintenance reminders are based on the intervals you configure and are not a substitute for your vehicle's manufacturer-recommended service schedule or professional inspection. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GarageX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on maintenance reminders or loss of stored data.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
